As the Founder and Practitioner of Convergent Growth Solutions, I am driven by a mission to empower organizations and leaders through tailored solutions that align talent strategy with business goals.
My career has spanned diverse industries and global markets, where I have led high-impact initiatives, from designing leadership development programs for senior executives to crafting companywide career progression models. I am passionate about helping organizations cultivate cultures of accountability, innovation, and resilience.
I believe in a values-driven approach that prioritizes integrity, collaboration, and measurable results. My practitioner-focused doctorate in Global Leadership, coupled with certifications in DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Situational Leadership Essentials (SLII), equips me with tools to foster growth at all levels. I also hold professional certifications, such as the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and the Senior Certified Professional through SHRM (SHRM-SCP).
